BOOKING CONDITIONS
Deposit bookings.
Tourism legislation determines that the tourist accommodation establishments may require a deposit by way of signal when making a reservation. However, the maximum deposit allowed by law is calculated based on the number of nights and accommodations.
MAXIMUM DEPOSIT CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION IN CASE OF CANCELLATION.
Legislation applicable to tourist accommodations reserves established the following rules regarding the deposit allowed by way of signal and the compensation to be applied in case of cancellation:
HOTELS, APARTHOTELS, RURAL HOTELS AND HOSTELS.
• The owner of the property may require an advance price signal or by way of deposit, which means to the sum result.
• The advance will be the amount corresponding to the price of one night's room if the reservation is made for an occupation not exceeding ten nights as the equivalent of one night of room for every ten nights or fraction of that time, if the holding time is longer.
• Cancellation: The Hosting Company reserves the right to dispose of the amount received by way of signal or deposit, cancellation fees, when the client cancel within seven days before the date of arrival.
APARTMENTS, TOURIST RESORT HOUSING OR OTHERWISE.
The maximum advance that may require companies consist of:
• 40% of the total amount when the reservation is made for less than a month.
• 25% of the total amount when the reservation is made for a month.
• 15% of the total amount when the reservation is made for longer than a month.
• 15% of the total accommodation in the case of resort towns.
Cancellation: The cancellation of the reserve the right to retain part of the hosting company the following percentage of the signal required:
• 5% if the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation.
• 50% when making fewer than thirty days and more than seven.
• 100% when it is made less than seven days.
Taxes: 8% VAT included.
