Villa Puerto Addaya is situated in Calle del Pilar, nº 211, on the sea front and only 5 minutes from the beach, either by boat (Playas de Mongofre) or in car (Arenal d'en Castell).
It is a large detached chalet covering an area of 202 m2, distributed over a ground floor, first floor and a terrace-garden of 600 m2. In the upper part there is a spectacular terrace from which the whole Port of Addaya can be seen.
It has six double rooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed; another two have two single beds, whilst the remaining two have bunk beds. They are all on the first floor, next to two fully-equipped bathrooms.
The ground floor is distributed between a kitchen, two living-dining rooms with excellent views, and a WC. From the ground floor you can go on to the terrace-garden which has a saltwater swimming pool taken directly from the sea and is equipped with a counter-current swim system, a jacuzzi and barbecue. Furthermore, from the garden, a private mooring can be reached with capacity for a boat of up to 6m in length.
