This document aims to regulate the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE AND SERVICE PROVISION for Holiday Rental services (hereinafter, and interchangeably, referred to as the "Terms and Conditions," or simply "Conditions," or the "Services") provided by Antoni Lluís Coll Seguí, with registered office at Camí de Maó nº 39, 07760 Ciutadella de Menorca, and N.I.F. 41736557K (hereinafter, MENURKA, vacation rentals, or simply "MENURKA"), Tel. +34 628 521 682. The terms "You" and "User" are used herein to refer to all individuals and/or entities who, for any reason or circumstance, access www.menurka.com or use the Services, including any of its subdomains, as well as any other website through which Menurka offers its services (collectively referred to as the "Website"), and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Menurka Services"). Hereinafter, the Website and the Menurka Services will be jointly referred to as the "Menurka Platform."

The use of these services implies the full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and every one of the Terms and/or General Conditions—which will be deemed automatically incorporated into the contract entered into with MENURKA, without the need for their written transcription therein—as set forth in the latest updated version of these Terms and/or General Conditions.

Our Guest Refund Policy applicable to your use of the Menurka Platform is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Our collection and use of personal information in relation to your access to and use of the Menurka Platform is described in our Privacy Policy.

Any monetary transaction carried out through or in connection with your use of the Menurka Platform ("Payment Services") will be provided by Antoni Lluís Coll Seguí, with registered office at Camí de Maó nº 39, 07760 Ciutadella de Menorca, Illes Balears, Spain, and N.I.F. 41736557K (hereinafter, MENURKA, vacation rentals, or simply "MENURKA") in accordance with the provisions set out in the Payment Terms of Service ("Payment Terms").

Menurka shall be solely responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, regulations, and rules that apply to its Listings and Menurka Services. Menurka shall be solely responsible for identifying and obtaining any licenses, permits, or registrations required for any Experience it offers.
