REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS – MENURKA

1. Which policy applies

Booking/Airbnb: the platform's policy.

Direct bookings: this policy, unless the confirmation states otherwise in writing.

2. Customer cancellation (direct bookings – villas)

Menurka's standard proposal:

+30 days: 100% refund

14–30 days: 50% refund

<14 days: no refund

No show: no refund.

3. Customer cancellation (direct bookings – boats)

If cancelled with sufficient notice, Menurka will offer rescheduling or refund according to costs already incurred (logistics and preparation).

If no show or last-minute cancellation, there may be no refund.

4. Weather and safety (boats)

If Menurka decides navigation is unsafe due to weather or safety, date change or refund will be offered depending on the case.

5. Cancellation by Menurka

If Menurka cancels due to reasons attributable to Menurka: 100% refund or equivalent alternative.

6. Timeframes

Refunds are processed to the same payment method and depend on bank/provider timeframes.
