POLÍTICA DE COOKIES – MENURKA
Updated: February 11, 2026
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. We may also use similar technologies (e.g., pixels or tags) for equivalent purposes. These technologies are used to make the website work, remember preferences and, if you allow it, measure site usage and/or personalize content and advertising.
Applicable rules and criteria
Menurka applies Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE, art. 22.2) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and follows the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) regarding layered information, prior consent and the ease of accepting, rejecting and configuring cookies.
Golden rule: non-essential cookies only with consent
Non-essential cookies (for example, analytics and marketing cookies) will not be installed or activated until the user has given consent. Strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent because they are essential for the website to function or to provide the service requested by the user.
Cookie categories that may be used on this website
A) Necessary (technical) – always active
Essential for the website to function (security, browsing, load balancing, remembering your cookie choice, etc.).
B) Preferences / personalization – optional
Allow the website to remember user settings (for example, language). They are activated only if the user accepts them, unless they are strictly necessary for the requested functionality.
C) Analytics / measurement – optional
Allow us to measure and analyze the use of the site to improve Menurka (pages visited, performance, errors). They are activated only if the user accepts them.
D) Marketing / advertising – optional
Allow us to measure campaigns and, where applicable, display personalized ads or remarketing. They are activated only if the user accepts them.
First-party and third-party cookies
Menurka may use its own cookies and third-party provider cookies (for example, analytics, marketing, payments or technical tools). In any case, non-essential cookies will only be activated with your consent.
How you manage your choice (1st and 2nd layer)
1st layer (banner): when accessing the website, the user will see a notice with options to Accept, Reject and Configure. The “Reject” option will be displayed at the same level as “Accept”.
2nd layer (panel): the user may enable or disable categories (except necessary cookies), view providers, purposes and durations, and save their choice. No boxes will be pre-ticked in favor of acceptance.
Withdrawal of consent
The user may change or withdraw consent at any time via the permanent “Cookie preferences” link available on the website (for example, in the footer).
Cookie list
The complete and up-to-date list of cookies (name, provider, purpose and duration) is available in the settings panel and will be kept updated.
How to delete cookies from the browser
In addition to the cookie panel, the user can delete or block cookies from their browser. If necessary cookies are blocked, the website may not work properly.
