PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT TERMS – MENURKA

1. Accepted payment methods

Cash, card, bank transfer and Bizum. For direct bookings, Menurka may request a card as guarantee or for deposit pre-authorization.


2. Payment schedule


Platform bookings (Booking/Airbnb): as per the platform.


Direct bookings: the payment schedule is confirmed in writing in the confirmation (email/WhatsApp). If the deadline is not met, Menurka may cancel the booking.


3. Deposit / damage security (if applicable)

The deposit is a guarantee to cover damages, breakages, losses, extraordinary cleaning or breaches. It can be managed as a charge with later refund or as card pre-authorization (especially recommended for boats).


Usual amounts (confirmed per booking):


Menurka–Puerto Addaya: €1,000


Menurka–Cala Blanca: €800


Menurka–Santa Clara: €600


Boats: €2,000

Refund:


Villas: up to 7 days after departure, once the property has been inspected and any justified amounts deducted.


Boats: after return and inspection, and/or according to the boat contract procedure.


4. Damages: how they are documented and charged

If there are damages or extra costs, Menurka will document them with checklist, photos/video and, where applicable, invoice or quotation. The customer authorizes compensation from the deposit or charging of amounts due as per the booking/contract.


5. Fuel (boats)

Fuel is not included. It will be calculated by digital meter and charged at €2/litre. This rate includes supply, transport and replenishment.
