1. Who we are

2. What you hire

Menurka offers, according to reservation:

• Villas: holiday accommodation.

• Boats: boat rental by day.


3. Which rules apply based on channel

• Booking/Airbnb or other platforms: the conditions (payments, cancellation, deposits) shown on the platform at the time of booking apply, in addition to Menurka’s rules of use and safety.

• Direct booking (website/Mirai/WhatsApp/email/transfer): these Terms and their annexes apply:

If there is a conflict, what prevails is (1) what is confirmed in writing in the reservation and (2) in OTA reservations, what is indicated by the platform.


4. Confirmation and contract

The reservation is confirmed when:

• The platform confirms it, or

• Menurka sends confirmation in writing (email/WhatsApp).

If the client requests a holiday rental contract, Menurka provides it for signature (digital or in person). For boats, Menurka formalizes the contract and annexes for condition/delivery.


5. Identification and security

For check-in/delivery, Menurka may request identification of occupants and necessary data to manage the reservation and security. If not provided, Menurka may deny delivery/entry for a justified reason.


6. Schedules

Villas: check-in 4:00 PM | check-out 10:00 AM.

Boats: according to the “Boat terms”.


7. Early check-in / Late check-out (villas)

Only if Menurka confirms it in writing:

• Nov 1 – Apr 30: 25% of the price of one night for guaranteed early and/or 25% for guaranteed late.

• May 1 – Oct 31: 50% of the price of one night; only confirmed with 24 hours’ notice and if available.

• In high season (May 1 – Oct 31), early check-in / late check-out is confirmed only 24h in advance. If the client wants to block and guarantee it from the moment of booking, the cost is 100% of the corresponding night (previous night for early; next night for late).


8. Proper use, damage, and charges

The customer is responsible for damages, breakages, losses, breaches, and extraordinary cleaning caused during their stay/use, plus costs of repair/replacement and management. Menurka will document any claim with inventory/condition, photos/videos, and invoices or quotes when applicable.


9. Deposits/bonds

The deposits (if applicable), amounts, method (charge or preauthorization), and return deadlines are detailed in the “Payment terms”.


10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Applicable law: Spanish (Balearic Islands). Courts: Ciutadella de Menorca.
